What if I love a painting on the website that is already sold or is not the right size?

I can paint you another one that is very similar but not identical, as all my works of art are originals.

Are these paintings framed?

Some paintings are mounted in traditional frames, others are painted on stretched canvases that are ready to hang and do not require additional framing. If a painting is framed, then the width and height perimetre measurements of the frame are listed along with photos of the frame. If framing details are not listed, then the painting is on a stretched canvas with no frame. For more information please contact Elena via email or phone 0404 032 785 .

What happens if I love the painting, but not the frame?

Paintings can be purchased unframed so you can arrange your own choice of framing. In this case, the cost of the existing frame will be deducted from the purchase price. Contact Elena via email or phone 0404 032 785 to organise this discount.

What if I don’t want to make a payment using Paypal via the website?

You can pay for a purchase with a bank direct deposit. Contact Elena via email or phone 0404 032 785 for banking details.

How much does shipping cost?

Per Item

Prints – $3 in Australia, $AU10 international post.
Book – $5 in Australia, $AU15 international post.
Paintings – $55 in Australia, $AU 95 international post.

How long does it take to have a painting shipped?

Upon confirmation of payment, allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Australia. Allow up to 14 working days for international deliveries. Please note that in some countries, artwork may require additional processing and local government import duty upon arrival in customs. This may cause some delay in delivery. Note that during this global pandemic, there may be delivery delays.

If I buy more than one artwork, can I have them shipped together?

Depending on the dimensions of the artwork, it may be possible to package them together for a single shipping fee. Contact Elena via email or phone 0404 032 785 to see if this is possible with your purchase.

Can paintings be shipped internationally?

Yes. Small to medium sized paintings are sent packed in a carton. Large paintings on stretched canvases are removed from stretchers and delivered rolled in a tube as a safer option and to keep freight charges to a minimum. Upon delivery, the loose canvas can be safely re-stretching onto a wooden frame by a framer.

Is it safe to ship paintings?

Yes. They are expertly packed and then shipped with insurance, tracking and signature on delivery within Australia as well as outside Australia.

In what currency are website prices?

All advertised prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). International buyers can calculate prices in their own currency by using the Currency Converter located on the order form.

Do limited edition prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. A Certificate of Authenticity, signed and numbered by Elena, is issued with the purchase of each limited edition Giclee reproduction.

Can I lay-by a painting?

Yes. After paying a holding deposit, the artwork will be deactivated from sale. You can then pay off whatever dollar amount in whatever time frame suits your budget. After each direct deposit is made, an invoice will be emailed to you documenting payments. Contact Elena via email for direct deposit banking details.

Can artwork on this website be copied?

All images of artwork on this website are under automatic copyright to the artist. Apart from fair dealing for the purpose of review, research or private study, as permitted under the Copyright act, no image or part of any image may be reproduced by any means without written permission from the artist. All enquiries should be directed to Elena via email.
